Canada�s anticipated Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot is finally opening to applications. Once fully operational, the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) will allow employers in 11 participating communities in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia to recruit eligible foreign workers.
