The Resuscitation Equipment required during CPR?

The New York state law says that it is necessary to have the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) masks and gloves to protect the rescuers. The NYC Department of Health developed certain regulations in response to the law. These regulations also require the operators of certain public places to have the CPR equipment available in an accessible area so as to ensure that the patrons or the staff can access it for their use and bring it to the victim within 3 minutes of the occurrence of the accident.
