Your trays are low maintenance, and can be cleaned every other day with a soft bristle toothbrush and antibacterial soap, and/or a small amount of bleach to avoid staining. You will need to wear your aligners for a minimum of 22 hours per day � anything less, and you�ll be jeopardizing your final results. So, if you can�t fully commit, or are notorious for being forgetful, trays may not be the right fit for you!
