The Cert III in aged care Individual program has been designed to provide training to entry level professionals who want to work in hospitals, community based organizations, disability care, residential aged care facilities and so on. This qualification reflects the role of professionals in the residential or community setting, who follow an individualized plan for provision of person centered care to someone who might need support due to their age, disability or some other reasons.
