When the Notice of Appeal has been registered, the Judge who gave the judgment or made the order in the divorce in Singapore procedures will certify in writing the grounds of the judgment or order. If the Judge does not provide certified grounds of judgment within three months after the Notice of Appeal?s date, you must still appeal and apply in writing for a copy of the record of proceedings.
