Tesla Inc. cut a cost of a mass-market Model 3 sedan for a second time this year, another step in Chief Executive Elon Musk�s query to expostulate a plaque price�not counting taxation credits and fuel savings�down to $35,000. The Silicon Valley automobile builder shaved another $1,100 off a cheapest chronicle of a Model 3, obscure a cost to $42,900.
