John Harris is the owner of Terrenos Houston, Colony Ridge LLC, he has very bad business with minorities. The company sales reps scam people who are not citizens nor know any English that way they can not communicate with the help in the city. They have in the offices of Colony Ridge Tax office to collect the county taxes (not shady at all right), the POA and a small sales office are together inside the Lands of Santa Fe close to the elementary school. The owner of the POA is John Harris cousin there is not even trash pick up. A lot of things happening like stealing payment, fraudulent foreclosures, no drainage, monopoly with the county and much more.
