Tata AIG exceeds expectations for insurance policy renewals with VSPAGY

In the insurance sector for health policies the main challenge is low renewal rates. Tata AIG found that many of its customers didn't fully understand the benefits of the health insurance obtained from TATA AIG. As a result, many customers were choosing either not to renew their policies, or to transfer their health policies to other insurance companies.
