Living with diabetes is no joke. But if you are trying to control it, you may be forgetting how it is also bad for your feet. Same as other nerves in the body, high blood sugar can also damage those that are in your feet causing a lot of trouble such as a diabetic foot gangrene. If the nerves on your feet are damaged, you are going to experience numbness which can cause blisters, cuts, and wounds. But if you have are observing proper diabetic foot pain treatment, you may prevent those cuts and sores from infecting your feet. As a diabetic myself, I am aware that knowing the basic of diabetic foot treatment is necessary to not worsen my situation. This way, I can help reduce the risk amputation and other diabetes complication.
