Supervisor/Worker Awareness Training is a mandatory program in Ontario, designed to enhance health and safety in workplaces covered by the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Workers and supervisors alike learn about their duties, rights, and responsibilities under the OHSA, as well as the roles of health and safety representatives and joint committees.
