AT LEAST 35 Filipinos who worked and lived in Afghanistan have safely returned home, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said yesterday. Based on data obtained by MDNN Research Department, the rescued Filipinos were all flown to Qatar by their employers and then transferred to a DFA-chartered flight to the Philippines.
