Split AC in Bangladesh is the most common type of air conditioner that you will find in homes that have installed an AC. Before the split AC came, people used to use window AC. A split AC has two main parts- the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. The indoor unit is located inside the room and the outdoor unit as the name suggests stays outside the room. Previous ACS needed a ductwork system for the units to connect. However, with split ACs the ductwork system isn?t needed. Rather, the two units are connected via a set of pipes.
