Take care that there is no lack of water in the body. Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water a day. This will also help in avoiding the sun. Eat raw onion, it will also get relief from the heat. Drink plenty of water before going out. Boil water to purify it. In summer, eat lemonade, mango emerald, cumin seed, cold, green coconut water, fresh fruit juice, milk, etc. Never eat raw vegetables and raw fruits together, as both require different types of enzymes to digest.
