For Guru Govind Singh, National Unity Award, instructions were given to provide at least one proposal of experience from each district along with factual details and documentary evidence of the important work done by them, along with a clear report and recommendation in the prescribed format to the government by 30th September, 2024, but sufficient/proposal applications have not been received as desired from all the districts of the state.
