Subclass 190 Eligibility Requirements and Application Process

The Skilled Nominated Visa allows skilled foreign workers who can be nominated by the governing agency of an Australian state/territory based on the local labor market requirements to permanently live and work in the country. For at least the first two years after arriving in Australia, the Subclass 190 visa holder must live and work in the nominating state/territory. After meeting this residence requirement, the visa holder can move anywhere within Australia.
