Firstly it's all about the client. I want to make your training fun and enjoyable. When having a trainer it's important you get a long with them. I consider myself as a down to earth, relaxed person who you can always have a laugh with. I also want to make sure it's specific for you. Maybe you're a full time mum and want to get back into shape or you're an amateur/pro boxer who wants to make sure you're in the best possible shape for your boxing match. Whatever it is I will make sure it's programmed around you, giving you the most productive and suitable session possible. Training wise, I like to get straight to the point. Firstly for me you need to be able understand and execute the basics and fundamentals. After that I will work to get you strong, fit and in shape. In my sessions I'm going to make sure you are always giving it 100% even if motivation is low. So after every session, you are at least sure you had the best and most productive workout possible.
