Whenever there is a communication between an HTTP Client and HTTP Server, certain status codes are returned based on the client's request. One such code is the Webmail Error 403. Step 1: Go to the Start menu, select the Administrative Tools option, and click the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager option.
