If you read online, you�ll see many accounts of people struggling to cancel their Massage Envy membership. And to make matters worse, the Massage Envy website lists very little information about how to cancel your membership. If you are a monthly subscriber, it should be much easier to cancel. If you are committed under a contract, then it will be slightly more difficult (but not impossible) to cancel.
