The stainless steel hex bars is a type of metal rod whose cross section consists of two horizontal edges joined by four vertical edges, forming a six-sided regular hexagon with equal-length sides. Unlike round bars, hex bars are primarily chosen for their utility. When using a wrench, vise, or chuck to grasp and manipulate a piece, the six flat surfaces provide ample areas where these tools can grip the hex bar easily.
