304 stainless steel pipe is a stainless steel pipe made from iron, chromium, and nickel alloy. Annealing: Heat to 1900 Degrees F – 2050 Degrees F (1038 C – 1121 C), then cool rapidly. Stainless Steel Pipes have excellent draw ability, where a grouping of low yield power and high elongation allows an effective forming of multifaceted shapes. 304 Welded are generally weldable by the common fusion and resistance. The strip sections in EFW Pipes may be air-cooled, but heavy sections should be water-quenched to minimize exposure in the carbide precipitation region.
