At O?Neill Engineered Systems, we design and engineer modular sound barrier walls for high reduction of outdoor sound or noise. Customer relationship centres are full of noise due to constant talking on the phone. To calm down a customer or to solve his or her issue, a call centre agent has to speak a bit louder so that the message reaches the other person properly.
