Kickboxing combos & Agility drills are fun and effective at getting the heart rate up, and working on balance, footwork, range of motion, and speed. The drills and combos involve patterns and sequencing, which is excellent cognitive work. Then there's a nice stretch at the end. Try it out...you can do anything for 30 minutes!
