So we made an experience of gathering all phone numbers and email addresses from three different sources. After we gathered all the contact info, There many of them are duplicates but some unique phone numbers and email addresses. Then we started a premium software where we can check by phone numbers who are the current owner of those numbers. So finally we can compare all numbers and then keep only those numbers that are matched with the current property address owner. This is the trick.
