Small Batch Coconut Mochi Cake Muffins

It�s another Small Batch Sunday entrance during we with these coconut mochi cake muffins! This man creates only 6 lil coconut mochi muffins, ideal for a week or maybe even only a day or two? Have we guys had mochi muffins? Or mochi cake? Sometimes it�s called butter mochi yet given we didn�t use butter in these, I�m adhering with only mochi muffins.
