Sleep disorders are situations that impair your sleep or save you from getting restful sleep and, as a result, can cause daytime sleepiness and other symptoms. Everyone can experience issues with sleep from time to time. However, you may have a sleep disorder problem if: You frequently experience trouble sleeping. You are often tired throughout the day despite the fact that you slept for at least seven hours the night time before. You have a reduced or impaired capacity to perform everyday daytime activities. There are greater than a hundred million Americans of every age who aren't getting a good enough amount of sleep. Sleep could be very important. Not getting sufficient sleep could have untoward effects on school and work overall performance, interpersonal relationships, fitness and safety.
