The rumor that had been going on for some time came true. Argentine striker Sergio Aguero is joining Barcelona on a two-year contract. The Catalan team confirmed in a statement on Monday that it had reached an agreement with the 32-year-old. He will officially join Camp Nou on a free transfer on July 1 at the end of his contract with Manchester City. According to the agreement, Aguero, who has spent the last decade in City, will stay in Barcelona until the end of the 2022-23 season. His buyout clause has been set at 10 crore euros.
