Sending the general journal entries to the clients in QuickBooks is easy, especially if you are using QuickBooks Enterprise/Accountant or QB Enterprise Account. QuickBooks Pro and Premier versions also allow you to import general journal entries from your accountant or bookkeeper. Select Send General Journal Entries in the Accountant menu and insert the date in the from and to section.
