Little Light offers self discovery programme. We have designed our Self-Discovery Programme designed for children with emotional and behavioral difficulties in mainstream schools. The aim of the Self discovery for students is to provide children with a range of practical relaxation skills that may enhance emotional wellbeing, increase self-awareness and promote self-regulatory behavior.
