The current legal form SCHUNK GmbH & Co. KG – the parent company of the SCHUNK group – will become an SE & Co. KG, comprising the bodies of an Administrative Board and an Executive Directorate. By taking this step, the company is creating the framework for further growth in view of its ongoing internationalization.
