Saththia Lingan, known to most as Sath Lingan, is a serial entrepreneur who began in E-Commerce, recycling and wholesaling electronics. His businesses eventually transitioned into the automotive space, beginning with a used car dealership that generated a 7-figure revenue. With the knowledge and connections established during this time, Sath began brokering exotic cars and rentals in Florida. Once in Florida, his interests expanded into real estate investments and seeing the potential in short term leases. During the Covid-19 pandemic, market difficulties led Sath to develop unique solutions within the Real Estate space focusing primarily in South Florida. Sath Lingan now focuses his time on business consulting, real estate, and strategy as it relates to logistics and trucking.
