Rumali roti also known as handkerchief roti as it is very thin like a rumal. Roomali roti is made with all purpose flour. It is kneaded very smoothly and rolled out very thinly. Popular theory about its origin is that during Mughal Empire, while nawab were dining a very thin roti like handkerchief is being used to wipe out their hands.
