Product Description 1. The Ring Joint Gasket Type: BX, RX, R(Oval & Octagonal), the Ring Joint Gasket is mainly used in high-pressure, and temperature applications in the petroleum industry. Mostly used for Valves, Pipes and Flanges. 2. Standard R types are in accordance with API 6A and ASME B 16.2 size. For both Oval and Octagonal configurations. They can interchange on the modern octagonal-type groove flange. 3. RX Type ring joint gaskets are manufactured to fit the API 6B flange"s groove, interchangeable with R(oval) and R(octagonal) series, bear pressure can reach 15000 PSI, so these gaskets performance excellent in 6B flange, suitable to the higher pressures with higher vibrations and heavier weights of these units.
