Rakgakala Institute of Education and Research (RIER) was established in 2016. We, are an accredited training provider and TVET consultancy organisation that provides Training and Education, Research and Publication services to the private and public sectors within South Africa. Our three pillars of the business aims to provide research skills, vocational skills, personal and social competencies, whilst imparting key skills and abilities required in both rural and urban areas.
