In 30 years, they?ve been involved in over $6 billion in transactions across fourteen states. Before real estate, Reuven Kahane launched Bonkers Bagel, the first American bagel chain in the Middle East. His restaurant company had 21 stores and 160 employees. Reuven Kahane is a passionate public speaker and author. His forthcoming book is Amerikan Holocaust, a dystopian novel about a father?s search for his missing daughter amid violent anti-Semitism. Along with his book, Mr. Kahane has written several articles and short stories, including Cemetery Dilemma and Boca Grande. Reuven Kahane holds a degree in religious studies and a J.D. from Cardoza School of Law. Through his charitable giving, he supports pediatric hospitals, at-risk youth centers, and refugee resettlement.
