RETEVMO: DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

It is available as RETEVMO 40 mg/80 mg capsules. A prescription can obtain, and treatment must be supervised by a trained medical specialist in the same field. Patients are selected for RETEVMO in the presence of RET gene fusion or specific gene mutation. The recommended dose of RETEVMO is 160 mg of the drug twice daily for patients of and above the age of 12 according to their body weight, if their body weight is above 50 kg. For patients below 50 kgs, the recommended dose is 120 mg twice daily; for patients with severe hepatic impairment, the dose of RETEVMO is reduced accordingly. RETEVMO should be used until there are no side effects or the drug shows effects.
