Resolve QBWC1039 Error Intuit QuickBooks

QBWC1039 QuickBooks error might occur when a user attempts to add the same configuration file to the program again. When the error occurs, the following error message is displayed: Error QBWC1039: There was a difficulty adding the program. Details may be found in the QBWCLog.txt file. In addition, the error notice states, ?Error Unique file ID required,? followed by the error message.
