The Spanish Golden Visa is a residence-by-investment programme that enables non-EU investors the rights to reside, work and study in Spain in exchange for an investment of at least EUR 500,000. This Spanish residency programme allows for successful applicants to apply for Spanish citizenship after 10 years (2 years for former colonies), subject to language and residency requirements.
