Team India recently defeated England in a five-match test series by a huge margin of 4-1. This series also gave team India and BCCI a chance to test team India?s bench strength, as many players like Sarfaraz Khan,Dhruv Jurel, Rajat Patidar, and Aakashdeep were given chances in this series. As per reports, some of these debuts were not influenced by India?s skipper Rohit Sharma or Rahul Dravid; instead, chairman of the selection committee, Ajit Agarkar, recommended team management force the youngsters to make their debuts.
