Remove Encryption From Exchange Mailbox

Anjana03 Sep, 2020Technology

Whenever a user stores a file in EDB Mailbox, by default the file is encrypted to TLS (Transport Layer Security) by Microsoft Exchange Database, to secure it from unwanted access and spoofing while transaction. Encryption is necessary for the protection of files from threats such as data loss, data breaching, corruption, etc. But sometimes encrypted files are not able to be decrypted by users. In this case, the user cannot export the encrypted file and is not able to access its data.
