The worst shopping experience I have ever had came from this store. Jason Perricone, the proprietor of Relaxacare, has set up a fraud whereby he charges us full money ($6,000 - $12,000 USD) up front for the massage chairs instead of collecting a deposit, then runs the shipment and delivery past the chargeback time. He leads us to second think our order long enough till we want to cancel, then he attempts to extract restocking fees from us and sell the identical massage chair to someone else.
