GST registration is an indirect form of tax where the supplier collects the tax from the purchaser and deposits it with the government. But there are few instances where suppliers are eligible to get a refund from the government. The taxpayers shall be aware of these kinds of instances where they are eligible to take a refund. Under the GST regime, the application form for filing of refund is prescribed, and the procedure to file it is a completely online process.
