The Radiology reporting is the most critical component of the service provided by a radiologist. It constitutes the formal documentation and communication of the results of a radiologic study or procedure.It is a written communication between the radiologist interpreting the imaging study and the physician who requested the examination. This report is sent to the physician, who originally requested the imaging study and then conveys the results to the patient.
