I had smoked cigarettes, pipes, and cigars from the age of 12 until I finally saw the light at the age of 51. Yes, I stopped many times and went back to smoking within hours and sometimes days, but I still went back to smoking. Regardless of how my breath, clothes, car, or home smelled, I still couldn't give up. It didn't matter that I was short of cash, I always had enough for a packet of smokes. It didn't matter that both of my parents died of lung cancer, I was OK with smoking. I'd be fine. I will say straight off the bat, there is no easy cure, no quick fix or drug that will make it any easier. You must want to give up smoking. You must have to have a reason to do so.
