QuickBooks Error Code 9

QuickBooks' Error Code 9 says that QuickBooks could not read a substitute file in the operating system. This error can be seen when the user tries to update QuickBooks or repair the installation of QB. This error can also be seen with the CD or the CD drive or by the damaged .NET component. QuickBooks is unable to read from an auxiliary file in the operating system file.
