Product Overview: Shyam Post Extrusion equipments for PVC Pelletising application are suitable for twin screw extruder screw with Production up to 750 kg/hr (Depending on the formulation and extruder output). Product Application: Granulating Die - It is a Special Designed Die to provide smooth & uniform flow. - The flow surface is polished and hard chrome plated. - The granulating plate with no. of holes is made from special steel. - The faces are coated with hard layer for wear resistance. Concentric Die Face Cutter - Specially designed blade to provide clean cut with uniform shape and size of the pellets. Cooling Drum - Pneumatic Conveying - Efficient cooling to provide moisture and contamination free pellets.
