Half the reason we hate rains is the destruction it wrecks upon our precious shoes, making it stinky and dirty with sludgy mud water of the streets. The icky feeling of wet feet cradled by even wetter shoes that squeak each time you take a step, almost like protesting in outrage over being dunked in water� yeah, we don�t fancy it either.
