Our young Sparshites recently participated in an engaging physical activity session, learning various PT drills and stretching exercises. This interactive session aimed to promote physical fitness, flexibility, and overall well-being. The children enthusiastically performed different PT drills, which helped improve their coordination, balance, and gross motor skills. They also learned various stretching exercises, which enhanced their flexibility and range of motion.
