Canadian Experience Class Program offers a fast-track PR Visa pathway to eligible overseas skilled workers and overseas students. It is one of the 3 economic immigration programs managed by the Express Entry System. CEC ranks the candidates according to the Comprehensive Ranking System and offers them invitations to apply for PR Visa. CEC was launched in 2008 and is aimed at overseas workers and students who have secured graduation from Canadian institutions.
