The founder, Field, possesses three degrees in education and has 40 years of experience as an English tutor. She tutors students from Grade 5 to Year 12. Field has held various senior positions in prestigious schools such as Chadstone High, Waverley High, and Mount Scopus College for over a decade. Her students have a history of consistent high achievements, and she has served as an external marker for VCE. Field has introduced curriculum changes to enrich the English program and has personally selected texts for her school.
