PLI?s Leadership Training program is centered around experience-focused learning, timely and purposeful curriculum, ongoing advocacy and accountability, and coaching. Our participants? ministries are transformed by working and learning together with like-minded leaders under the guidance of their coach throughout one of PLI?s Leadership Learning Communities. In a Learning Community you will: - Meet two times per year for two or two and a half years at immersions. - With leader and spouse as full participants. - Meet in regional locations. - Experience expert leadership coaching between immersions. - That engages key leaders. - Receive support for back-home Spirit-led plans. - Grow in your leadership skills and development with strong christian leadership training.
